Silver necklace with a small, oval pendant featuring a raw structured surface and dark, oxidized accents. This pendant is crafted by using the sand casting technique. This method has been used for thousands of years to create jewelry. A model is pressed into dense, oily sand, where it creates a mold. Hot, liquid silver is then being poured into the sand mold where it hardens instantly. The raw, unfinished product is then being processed by hand until a refined piece of jewelry is created.
