The waistband curves down towards the back, doubling as a back waist yoke, split at the waist with an adjustable cinch buckle. Other features include patch pockets on the back, belt loops, and a zipper fly closure. Made from Japanese cotton, this densely woven twill fabric is hand-dyed then sundried, creating a unique depth of colour and papery texture.
