Blitz Apex Circular Strike Shield The Blitz Apex Circular Strike Shield is made for speed work, quick combinations and accurate strikes. Its compact circular design gives fighters a clear target for practising fast punches and kicks, while making it easy for the holder to move and change angles during training. Speed Training The circular design encourages quick and precise strikes, helping fighters work on speed, timing and accuracy. Its smaller target is also useful for drills that involve fast combinations and tighter movements. Secure Grip Two solid handles on either side of the shield give the holder a firm and comfortable grip. They also make it easy to position the shield at different angles, allowing for a wider range of striking drills. Built For Impact The shield is covered with Nama Hide™ leather and features a high-density foam core to absorb hard strikes and reduce the impact felt by the holder. It is easy to wipe clean after training and measures 38cm high × 38cm wide × 8cm deep.
