Verner Panton 'Panthella Original' Color Shade and Chrome Base Floor Lamp for Louis Poulsen
Verner Panton 'Panthella Original' Color Shade and Chrome Base Floor Lamp for Louis Poulsen The 'Panthella' lamp, originally designed in 1971, reflects Panton's fascination with organic forms. Panton is known for his larger-than-life personality and sought to create an organic shaped lamp that provides glare-free light, with both the stand and shade serving as light reflectors. This 2026 updated version offers the Panthella Original colors in the iconic floor lamp size with a chrome base for added 70s flair. Executed in injection molded acrylic, the 'Panthella Original' floor lamp uses Verner Panton's original drawings to produce an organically shaped lamp that reflects light downwards so that it diffuses evenly from the shade's surface. Executed in a durable injection molded polymer in the original 1970s colorway, this new edition casts a warm glow. Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities. Available with blue grey, orange, red, green or brown opal shades. Please specify when ordering. The iconic 'Panthella' line includes several table lamps, including a smaller portable 'Panthella 160' and 'Panthella 250' in the same colorway. In-stock lead time 1-3 days starting November 1st.
