Platinum Ogon Koi 19cm Nisai – Oofuchi (EK7155) | Japanese Koi UK

Platinum Ogon Koi – 19cm Nisai from Oofuchi Introducing EK7155, an elegant 19cm Nisai Platinum Ogon bred by Oofuchi Koi Farm in Japan, available from Elite Koi & Ponds for just £95. Platinum Ogon, also known as Purachina Ogon, are among the most recognisable metallic Japanese koi varieties. Their single-colour, silver-white appearance creates a beautiful contrast against darker pond water and more colourful koi varieties. This particular koi displays an attractive metallic sheen across its body, with neatly arranged reflective scales, pale pectoral fins and a streamlined appearance. Its clean, understated colouring gives it an elegant presence without the need for elaborate patterns. At 19cm and Nisai, EK7155 offers an opportunity to introduce a classic Japanese metallic koi into your pond. Its body shape and metallic lustre may continue to develop as it matures, depending on genetics, environment and husbandry.
