Egg Cocktails

Pricing: $65/person Time: 6pm to 7pm Dates: See dates offered drop down above What came first, the egg or the cocktail? In this class you will learn how an egg can elevate your cocktail game. We’ll discuss techniques and safety when it comes to adding this secret ingredient. You’ll get to taste cocktails that use whole eggs, egg whites, and vegan substitutes. Don’t forget your shaking skills because you’ll put this new found knowledge to make your own drink! A snack will be provided during class. Must be 21+ to attend this class.
