Homemade Curry Koji Workshop & Tasting Sunday, October 11 | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Discover the rich umami of homemade curry koji, made with rice koji and spices. Flour-free and full of fermented depth, this versatile seasoning brings a gentle warmth and satisfying richness to everyday cooking. In the morning session, we will make curry koji together from scratch. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of curry rice made with homemade curry koji. You will also learn easy ways to use it at home—in curries, stir-fries, roasted dishes, and rice dishes.
