‘White’ Amaryllis

The ‘White’ Amaryllis produces large, elegant flowers with pure white petals and a fresh green centre. The simple colour combination gives the blooms a bright and refined appearance. The plant usually grows around 40–50 cm tall. Plant the bulb in a pot with fertile, well-drained compost. Leave the upper part of the bulb above the soil. Place the pot in a bright, warm position and water moderately. Avoid excessive moisture around the bulb. Flowers usually appear around 6–8 weeks after planting under suitable conditions.
