Autumn Grist Mill Fine Art Photography Print

Old timber, fall color, and a little moving water. There’s a lot to like about an old wooden grist mill in the middle of fall. In this autumn photograph, it’s the orange leaves, the moss, and the water moving through the rocks. Everything has its own texture, and somehow it all settles into place. The building gives this photograph its character. I like the contrast between its straight lines and everything growing and flowing around it. There’s plenty to look at, but the water keeps it feeling calm. This one feels at home with warm wood, leather, or deep greens. Somewhere you can settle in and enjoy it for a while.
