All of our barrels are made on robotic assisted 11 axis mill-turn CNC machines to obtain superior dimensional tolerances and part to part consistency. During the manufacturing process, the barrels are dimensionally checked multiple times using in-process part probes for outstanding accuracy in quality control. This level of part measuring and quality control allows us to run machines unattended for days at a time.
