Remembrances - Frieda Matthews
One of the first black women to enter the University of Fort Hare, where she qualified as a teacher. She met and married ZK Matthews, activist and imprisoned for treason. This is her story, including letters to Mandela, Govan Mbeki, Walter Sisulu and ZK. Pub: Mayibuye History and Literature Series, No 54. 1995. Pbk, there is some insect damage (holes) to about 30 pages but it doesn't affect the text, and the book has been treated.
