Offcut of Navy Blue Basic Cotton Lycra Knit, in various lengths, 140 cm wide Navy blue basic cotton lycra knit with OEKO-TEX certification. It contains a percentage of elastane, which provides greater comfort and wearability to garments. Ideal for making T-shirts, dresses, skirts and trousers, as well as all kinds of fitted garments. No lining is required, as it is not transparent. As this is a cotton fabric, we recommend pre-washing it before use.
