USGI Halys Level 3 Block 1 Full Zip Fleece Jacket
Before the Army adopted the fleece jackets with the ACU uniform Special Forces got something better first. The Steps/Halys Level 3 Fleece jacket is one of the most comfortable garments issued in our opinion. The Block 1 fleece came is a Quarter, Half and Full zip option and was manufactured by a few companies to include ORC, Halys and Steps. The jacket is both fleece lined and fleece on the exterior. This one looks like it was lightly used, if not new. Made in the USA for the United States Military
