Blue Tropics

I spent weeks refining a tropical fruit profile carefully layering mango apricot orange raspberry and a touch of banana. Every adjustment brought me closer to perfection. As the Blue Roast base finally took shape I caught sight of the tropical blend in my periphery. It clicked—"Can Blue go tropical?" I think it does. The notes of this blend are carried by a coconut-derived alcohol whose delicate creamy undertone gently supports the fruit without overwhelming it. With such a subtle fruity carrier I gravitated toward a lighter concentration allowing the fruit's vibrant character to take center stage. In the Blue Roast series the oud serves as a soft grounding foundation. For those who crave a bolder oud presence I created a special edition with added Thai and Laotian ouds giving the blend a deeper more pronounced richness.
