Royalty & Income Tracking Manager - Music Publishing

We're an independent publishing company founded in 2024, primarily focused on viral neoclassical music. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, globally-minded Royalty & Income Tracking Manager to join our team and be a partner to the Managing Director in growing and exploiting our publishing catalogue. The ideal candidate will combine experience in music publishing with an eye for data analysis and data-informed decision making. You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our royalty system, generating statements and making payments to clients, and responding to client inquiries. You will also be responsible for income tracking and revenue assurance, tracking usage and income in recorded statements with the same in publishing and society statements. The position is based in Berlin but open to remote candidates.
