Alpha Beer Whisky

PRE-SALE - SHIPPING FROM 12 JUNE We're excited to announce Alpha Beer Whisky, a true original from our distillery. Back in 2019 we distilled our flagship Alpha Queen Pale Ale in our own still (following our earlier Starward collaboration Forget-Me-Not). The spirit then spent a full 7 years in a first-fill ex-Buffalo Trace cask before being bottled at a bold 50% ABV to preserve every vibrant aromatic. On the nose: heady honeysuckle and ripe gooseberry with citrus zest and fresh green hops. The palate is silky and balanced, waves of stone fruit and floral sweetness followed by a gentle peppery spice and herbal hop lift. The finish brings classic whisky warmth with that bright, lingering hop bite beer lovers will adore. This isn't a gimmick... it's a genuine fusion of two crafts.
