White of the Aspres

Origin: Empordà The visual aspect is pale with green reflections, bright and very elegant. The first aromatic impression evokes a note of orange blossom honey, which does not give a good sensation of freshness. Ripe mango, lemon zest and hanging tomato become evident next, complemented by more consistent aromas of brioche, pistachio and baked apple. Once in the mouth it is fleshy and structured, with a good acid base, on top of which you can taste hints of blood orange, peach stone and sponge cake ice cream. Alcohol: 14.5% 100% Grenache
