There are different versions of this flower motif in Palestinian embroidery (Tatreez). This stemmed flower motif is typical of the Hebron (الخليل) area, one of the oldest continuously inhabited regions of Palestine, and indeed, the world. Located about twenty miles south of Jerusalem, Hebron (الخليل) is known for its hilly landscape, renowned for vineyards and grapes. It remains one of the areas richest in cultural traditions and heritage. Dimensions: 19 cm in diameter / 1.5 cm height Dishwasher and microwave safe, hand wash recommended.
