Large and Small Pearls Ingredients: Tapioca Pearls Pudding Recipe: Soak 1/2 cup tapioca in 1 1⁄2 cups water overnight, then drain. Mix 1 Qt. milk and 3/4 cup sugar, bring to a boil. Add tapioca and stir, cooking until tapioca is clear (about 30 minutes). Mix together 3 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp vanilla extract, add to pearls and bring to a boil. Makes about 2 quarts.
