All live shop purchases may take approximately 7 to 10 working days to process and dispatch, depending on the item, courier, delivery location, and order volume. In the event that a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer will be held liable for all related shipping, collection, or return fees. Any approved cancellation will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the amount paid.
