The 2025 vintage, shaped by a notably warm and dry growing season, delivered beautifully concentrated fruit and expressive aromatics. Our L&W Rosé is direct pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve its freshness, purity and vivid fruit character. Technical Details Varietal Composition A blend including L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Noir & Frontenac Noir Alcohol 11% pH 3.03 Total Acidity 8.29 g/L Residual Sweetness 13.1 g/L Tasting Notes Pale cherry in hue with refined aromatics of delicate red berry, elderflower and citrus peel. The palate is precise and textural, with refreshing red fruit flavours, orange citrus, balanced by a subtle touch of sweetness. A persistent mineral note adds length and definition to the finish. Suggested pairings include cured meats, heirloom tomato dishes, olives and antipasti, goat cheese, grilled vegetables and fresh, coastal fare such as seafood.
