Our current batch brew comes from the legendary Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica — the largest farm in the country and one of the most celebrated in all of Central America. Managed by award-winning producer Diego Robelo, Aquiares has become a model for what specialty coffee production can look like when quality, community, and sustainability are treated as inseparable. This washed Caturra is everything we want in a house offering: approachable and beautifully balanced, with notes of raspberry, apricot, and cinnamon roll that come together like a really exceptional fruit and nut chocolate bar.
