Gaba Yaga 150g - black tea

The GabaYaga is a bit controversial. It's the first tea with a fermentation step in the process, and while this does increase the GABA content of the tea, then producing a GABA was not our primary goal ( Although as fancy as it may sound). Our real aim was to discover a new taste profile, and this is where the controversy comes in - you will either love this tea or you will... well, hate it :) The taste profile is light and fruity, with some hints of peaches, and roasty notes.
