FRESHER™ is a natural, botanical brewing aid designed to significantly improve flavour stability. By chelating transition metals such as Fe²⁺ and Cu²⁺, FRESHER™ inhibits Fenton and Haber–Weiss reactions — reducing beer oxidation by up to 85%. Added during mashing and/or boiling, FRESHER™ protects delicate flavour and aroma compounds from early-stage oxidative damage. It is completely flavour- and aroma-neutral, ensuring your beer’s character remains unchanged. FRESHER™ is suitable for all beer styles, but it provides the greatest benefit in light-coloured and hop-forward beers, which are especially prone to oxidation and rapid flavour degradation.
