Prep and clean-up is a breeze with this microwaveable pouch, and since it heats up in just 90 seconds, you'll have a tasty meal in no time! Perfect with chicken. Perfect in 90 Seconds. Cook your way in Microwave, Stove Top, or in a Wok. No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives. Ingredients: Steamed Long Grain Rice 86%, Capsicum, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Flavour, Lemon Puree 0.5%, Vinegar, Paprika 0.4%, Salt, Colour (Paprika Oleoresin), Sugar, Chipotle Chilli 0.2%, Chilli, Processing Aid (Contains Soy), Lemon Oil, Pepper. Directions: Microwave: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Tear a 2cm opening to vent. Heat for 90 seconds at 1000W*. Pan: Add 30mL (2 tbsp) of water and contents of the pouch and heat. Stir rice until heated thoroughly. Serve immediately. Stir Fry Pan: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Add contents of the pouch.
