Each Stitch Meditation Kit is an invitation to pause, to be present, to breathe. No two kits are alike—each one is a small, hand-dyed universe waiting for your needle and thread. Inside, you’ll find a richly layered collection of hand-dyed, hand-printed, and timeworn fabrics—some reclaimed, some reimagined, all chosen for their texture, story, and quiet beauty. Many pieces begin as vintage linens, overdyed and transformed into something entirely new. We’ve tucked in fibers, paper, and unexpected bits—little sparks to invite play, curiosity, and exploration. You’ll receive 30 soft flannel squares (4" x 4"), along with threads, needles, and everything you need to begin—no decisions, no delays. No overthinking. No pressure. Just show up, stitch, and see what unfolds. My personal kits reflects my signature approach to layered surfaces—combining color, texture, pattern and stitched marks into richly composed cloth. Each kit is offered in one of two fabric envelopes: pink or yellow/green. The contents inside are the same, but the envelope itself becomes part of your practice—another piece of cloth to cut into, stitch with, and transform. Nothing is precious here. Everything is meant to be used.
