Folly Arborétum - Boróka (2025)

The 2025 vintage of Folly Arboretum Boróka White is a true expression of Badacsony’s unique volcanic terroir combined with the distinctive style of the Folly estate, where freshness and aromatic richness meet in perfect harmony. The blend is built on four grape varieties: Welschriesling (olaszrizling) provides the backbone with its subtle almond notes and mineral character, while Muscat Blanc and Muscat Ottonel contribute fragrant floral and grapey aromas, and Pinot Gris (szürkebarát) adds roundness and an elegant texture to the overall composition. On the nose, it reveals intense white flowers, elderflower, citrus, and fresh grape, complemented by delicate herbal and slightly pine-like nuances. On the palate, vibrant acidity is supported by lively lime and pear notes, along with a fine saline-mineral background, leading to a gently bitter, refined finish that adds complexity.
