Our Rib Eye Taco is our premium taco and is made for true meat lovers. We start with USDA Prime rib eye, not choice, not select, but Prime. We believe the quality of the meat should do the talking, so we keep the ingredients simple and let the beef shine. Each rib eye is thinly sliced and grilled over mesquite charcoal sourced from Mexico, creating a rich, smoky flavor that complements the natural marbling of the steak. Served on fresh flour tortilla from a local San Diego tortilleria, the taco is finished with fresh cilantro, onions, and our house made lightly pickled red onions for a bright and balanced finish. Simple, bold, and focused on quality from start to finish.
