Contemporising the flatweave, a generational skill passed down to our weavers, we combine cotton yarn backgrounds with maximal motifs woven in chenille, an unorthodox style, prototypical to Sher Bache. With mastery in developing patterns and other complex techniques, Sher Bache’s in-house team of specialists convert animal portraits, hand drawn by its founder, to comprehensive weaves. One Flatweave Rug Entails: 11 colours maximal motifs with multiple colours, hand dyed by expert dyers on different types of yarns, to match the pantone/ swatches. 2 types of yarns : We combine cotton yarn backgrounds with animal motifs woven in chenille, an unorthodox style, prototypical only to Sher Bache. 3 feet into the ground : Interlacing warp and weft yarns, a flat weave loom requires a big open space where the loom can fix itself 3 feet into the ground. Care Instructions: spot cleaning, no machine wash, hand wash, dry clean, reversible.
