With a mission “to work with skilled and dedicated coffee producers around the world”, though Koppi initially started as a coffee bar with an in-store roaster, it has since evolved to focus solely on roasting after establishing their new headquarter in a revived old industrial building in 2016. Nowadays, Charles focuses on roasting, while Anne travels the world establishing and strengthening long-term relationships with selected coffee producers, and focusing on collaboratively increasing values for the producers’ work from the farm level.
