Domaine Entras - Solelh 2024

(Gascony, France) A deliciously light sweet wine made to accompany most desserts, though it will shine with fruit-based or pastry-based dishes. Fresh and delicate blend of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng. Made by Michel Maestrojuan, a third generous farmer in the Côtes de Gascogne in Southwest France. A champion of biodiversity, he farms various crops alongside vines, and the entirety of the estate is certified biodynamic.
