Brie aux Truffes
Brie aux truffes is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind made with pasteurized cow's milk. The milk comes from Lorraine region which enhances the taste of the cheese due to its high-quality content. Made by the Renard Gillard cheese factory, this cheese has a very interesting composition with a triple cream mixed with pieces of black truffle. Blends well with a Chablis or a Riesling. Sold in 100g increments.
