The Lace Front & Skin Base (SHS-10) is a uniquely compelling hybrid system that solves one of the most common dilemmas in hair replacement - how to achieve a completely undetectable lace hairline while enjoying the everyday practicality and durability of a skin base. The front inch of the system features a French lace panel with meticulously bleached knots - the same lace front technology that makes our full lace systems so popular for their natural, invisible hairlines. Within that first inch, the front half-inch uses single knots for the most refined, realistic hairline possible, where each individual hair appears to grow directly from the scalp with no detectable join between system and skin. It's a hairline that looks completely natural even under close inspection. Behind the lace front sits a transparent 0.08mm thin skin base. This combination is particularly well-suited to men who want the gold standard in hairline appearance without committing to a full lace system - the skin base is easier to clean, more straightforward to bond, and handles day-to-day wear with greater resilience than lace alone. As with all SHS systems, the SHS-10 is made from 100% human hair, meaning it can be washed, styled and heat treated just like your natural hair.
