New! Rackwick valley/Original painting

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue. This abstract mixed media painting of the peat hills in Rackwick valley on the island of Hoy was painted on to a heavy white board using a mixture of black indian ink, acrylic paint and oil pastels. I have included my photograph in the images here to give an idea of where my inspiration for the colours and shapes in the painting came from. The overall size of this framed and glazed painting is 670X538mm. This includes a 55mm wide ivory mount with the actual image being 500X370mm. The grey wood moulding is 30mm wide and 25mm deep. The painting is strung on the back and ready to hang on your wall.
