Olympus - Single Stitching Collection "Hemp Leaf" Cotton Sashiko Sampler Cloth - White

This is a pre-printed piece of white 100% cotton fabric with a sashiko design of "Hemp Leaf". This Single Stitching collection allows you to enjoy an effortless project, stitching all in one direction, not having to switch mid-design. Skill level: beginner These patterns are also available in navy blue, please check our shop for availability. Instructions are in Japanese but easy to follow. You can complete this kit with one skein of sashiko thread, but may choose to use more than one color for added contrast. The fabric measures 13" x 13" (33 cm x 33 cm) folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out. This type of cloth is called a "fukin" (pronounced foo-keen), or little hand towel.
