Nose: Soft notes of barrel spice and gentle florals open the nose towards sweet herbal spices and deep notes of creamy caramel and vanilla. Palate: Mild rye notes with baking spices combine with a sense of dried florals, mints, and citrus rinds next to a soft feeling of spiced caramel cakes and sharp rye warmth. Finish: The end softly mellows towards rich creaminess counterpointed rye spice, soft summer florals, and a hint of wet green tea.
