These hops are used by the likes of Verdant, Deya, Sierra Nevada and Russian River breweries. They are aren't available anywhere else in the UK in homebrew quantities. Country of Origin USA Harvest Year 2025 Alpha Acid 9.5-11.5% Type T90 pellets Characteristics Floral, Citrus, Pungent/Dank Crosby Hops™ Centennial is chosen by Verdant for their core pale ale 'Lightbulb' This aroma variety, for which Brewer’s Gold provided three-quarters of the genetics, was released in 1990 and is one of the most popular hops in U.S. craft brewing. Centennial is often referred to as “Super Cascade” as it boasts even greater bittering potential than that famous hop, even though its citrus kick is slightly more subdued.
