The result is a crisp, responsive pedal feel on par with the stiffest cranks out there. Durability is where they punch above their weight. Alloy shrugs off rock and ground strikes better than carbon, and 5DEV's thin overall profile with smooth edges adds real-world resilience without bulk. Around the pedal threads, excess material is trimmed back for extra ground clearance-fewer strikes, cleaner lines.
