The Yellow Oyster mushrooms are known for their striking yellow caps, white stems, and tightly clustered bodies of mushrooms. These mushrooms, grown year-round in indoor farms, have exceptional flavour and a lovely, meaty texture. By growing indoors, without soil, we produce the same quality year-round, and our mushrooms have no dirt or grit to remove before cooking. In addition, they retain less water, which means you don’t lose as much weight during cooking. Please keep refrigerated.
