8/1 - OPENING PORTAL: WATER

✨ Opening Portal: Intention & Connection (Water) The Elemental Harmony Series is a guided group immersion designed to support emotional balance, embodied healing, and deeper self-connection through intentional sound, somatic awareness, and energetic alignment. Opening Portal marks the beginning of the monthly journey — a space to slow down, arrive intentionally, and create the energetic foundation for the work ahead. Through guided reflection, conscious intention setting, journaling, and gentle embodiment practices, participants are invited into greater clarity, presence, and self-awareness within a grounded and supportive environment.
