FMM13A - Advanced 4G LTE Cat M1 Fleet Tracking Terminal The FMM13A is a compact, professional-grade telematics terminal engineered for advanced fleet tracking and remote monitoring applications in the North American market. Built around LTE CAT M1 connectivity, the device integrates a high-gain internal GNSS receiver, Bluetooth® 4.0 LE, and a highly configurable I/O interface with 3 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 3 digital outputs, 1-wire, and CAN bus connectivity via external CAN adapter. A 170 mAh internal backup battery ensures operational continuity during power loss events. The FMM13A is certified for North American deployment (FCC, IC, PTCRB, AT&T) and is suited for fleet telematics, logistics, car sharing, fuel management, and driver safety monitoring applications requiring flexible sensor integration and remote configuration at scale. External CAN Adapter Integration The FMM13A does not include a native CAN transceiver but provides LVCAN RX/TX interface pins (INPUT 5/6) for integration with Teltonika's external CAN adapters (sold separately) — LV-CAN200 (light vehicles) and ALL-CAN300 (all vehicle types). These adapters enables acquisition of fuel level, odometer, RPM, engine temperature, door status, axle loads, and other OEM-defined CAN parameters from light vehicles, electric vehicles, trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment. Parameter availability is subject to vehicle make, model, year, and factory-fitted equipment — refer to the respective adapter supported vehicle lists for confirmed compatibility. Key Use Cases Fuel Management Impulse inputs support direct fuel flow meter integration for precise volumetric fuel consumption measurement. Combined with CAN adapter data and GNSS Fuel Counter scenarios, the FMM13A provides multi-source fuel monitoring with anomaly detection capability. Anti-Theft & Immobilization Digital output control enables remote engine relay actuation for vehicle immobilization. Towing detection, unplug detection, and geofence breach alerts provide layered security event coverage with immediate server notification via GPRS or SMS. Driver Identification & Log-Book 1-Wire iButton reader support enables hardware-based driver identification at ignition.
