Rising to prominence on Oʻahu in the late 1970s and 1980s, Music Magic became known for their signature blend of jazz, funk, and pop influences inspired by iconic artists such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Chick Corea, and Stevie Wonder. Join us for a special concert celebration as Music Magic brings their timeless sound back to the stage, performing beloved originals and favorites that defined a generation of island music. ABOUT MUSIC MAGIC Founded by talented local musicians Al Pascua, Jay Molina, Fred Schreuders, and Darryl Blouin, the group captivated audiences across the islands with electrifying performances that filled Hawaiʻi’s nightclubs, lounges, and concert stages. For this special concert event, audiences will experience the timeless music and artistry of Music Magic performed by original members alongside acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and Grammy Award-winning musician Abe Lagrimas Jr., who will be sitting in for Darryl Blouin. Their debut album earned praise from Billboard Magazine and a Hōkū Award nomination, while their hit song “One Man Lady” reached #1 on Hawaiʻi’s local charts.
