Secondhand Suzuki DF20AS EFI four-stroke outboard The Suzuki DF20AS is a relatively lightweight 20hp petrol outboard and notably it has EFI (electronic fuel injection) rather than a carburettor, so it starts and runs better and uses less fuel. Many of the competitor brands at this size are still on carburettors. This particular Suzuki DF20AS is a well looked after secondhand example, now six years old so out of warranty but very low hours. We have no reason to disbelieve the customer who says it’s been serviced annually regardless of use that season and indeed the condition of the oil – which looks like it has just come out of the bottle, not horrible and black! – backs this up. It does inevitably have a few cosmetic bumps and scrapes, but only what you’d expect of a well cared for six year old portable outboard. 12 litre fuel tank and fuel hose included. Collection only, we don’t have the box. The RRP on a new one of these is £3150, so this is a very good deal.
