Passo del Sud Tagaro

Passo del Sud Tagaro's Paso del Sud Edition 2020 is made from Nero di Troia, Primitivo, and Merlot grapes from the Itri valley in northern Puglia, Italy. The grapes are left to macerate for five weeks in a controlled environment before fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for one year, followed by four months in bottles.
