Filter working life is associated with many factors including filament / resin type, melting temperature, the concentration of nanoparticles and VOCs, ambient humidity… We suggest replacing the filter according to the following: HEPA14 + AC: 8 months HEPA13 + AC: 6 months Usage Limit: We do not recommend going above 1500 hours of use before to replace the filter. What kind of HEPA filter is used in this fume extractor? The original filter is HEPA14 + AC. We chose HEPA14 to maximize the removal of nanoparticles generated during 3D printing. For other technologies that produce fewer particles, such as laser-based equipment, we offer HEPA13 filters upon request. You can purchase FE350 HEPA13 or HEPA14 replacement filters in our shop.
