Led by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Sarah Hallahan, this programme focuses on rebuilding strength, restoring confidence in your body, and supporting your postnatal recovery in a safe, guided environment. ✨ Programme Details: 📅 Next Start Date: Fully booked - add name to waitlist 🗓 Duration: 5 weeks 🕐 Time: Wednesdays at 1:30pm 💰 Cost: €150 for the full 5-week block 🧾 Claimable through health insurance ✨ Suitable for: Mums who are 6+ weeks postnatal Those who have been medically cleared for exercise This is a supportive, small-group setting where you’ll be guided every step of the way by a specialist in postnatal recovery. Return to Strength Class This class is designed specifically for new mums who want to safely rebuild strength after childbirth. Delivered in a small-group setting, it offers personalised support within a safe and structured environment. Led by a Physiotherapist, the class combines evidence-based postnatal recovery strategies with progressive strength training. The focus is on restoring function, building resilience, and empowering women to confidently return to higher levels of activity. Sessions include pelvic floor awareness, core strengthening, and a strong emphasis on education, gradual progression, and confidence-building — going beyond fitness alone. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postnatal and have medical clearance to return to exercise. While a pre-assessment with a pelvic health physiotherapist is not required, it is recommended to allow for more tailored, individualised support.
