Obvara Workshop – One day – 4 hours

This class teaches obvara firing, a pottery technique involving quick cooling of bisqued pots in a fermented mixture, creating unique patterns. Participants will help in the firing process and learn about handling hot pottery.

• The technique creates unique, earthy patterns and textures on the pottery’s surface.
