Hot Rolled Steel

It is the basic structural material for underbodies, door impact beams, and wheel and frame applications. Available in a variety of thickness and strength levels, in coils and cut-to-length sheets. Hot-rolled is issued where strength, weldability and low cost are more important than low mass and corrosion resistance. The hot-rolled steel complies with specifications given in ASTM A-568.
