Remnant Pleated tulle Black

This is a remnant piece. This light weight tulle features a hexagon weave with a permanent pleat throughout the length of the fabric. Weight 150gm Please note: this is measured with pleats open and then allowing for the pleats to naturally bounce back. Pleating runs from selvedge to selvedge. This fabric has a soft handle but strong nature which makes it ideal for skirts, dresses and bridal/formal wear. *The remnant is sold at a significant discount to the original fabric by reason of it being a small piece, marked or faulty.*
