The Busker Single Pot Still is a style of whiskey unique to Ireland, and this is a confident example of what makes it special. Made in copper pot stills from both malted and unmalted barley, then matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, the result is a whiskey with more texture, more character and more going on than most at this price point.
